Is the gratuity included in the price?
Always check to see if there is a mandatory gratuity included in the price. With Murrays Limousine and Shuttle Service, gratuity is up to you. If you feel you the driver was good to you feel free to tip them.

Check what time the starting time is.
Some companies start the time when the driver leaves the garage, while others start when the initial pickup is done. Also, check to see if their is a distance charge if you are going a long distance

Make sure you know what vehicle you are getting
Plan your event. Limousines have different seating in their vehicles, so you want to make sure that you have enough for everyone. Limousines can have from 6 t 14 seats available.

Can they go the distance?
Check to make sure that the company and driver can go to where you need to go. Some company’s have limitations on where they can go, or time restrictions. Do not assume anything, always double check

Does the company have good references?
Check the reputation of the company. Get a list of references from the company and call them. Ask what their experience was like with them, inquire about the professionalism of the driver and if their were any challenges, and how they were handled
